Navigator College IMG 2613

Welcome to Term 4

Hi all and welcome to Term 4. I hope that you’ve had a fantastic break and are ready for a successful end to the year.

We wish the Year 12’s all the best as they complete their last year of schooling with face to face teaching finishing at the end of Week Two and they prepare for final exams and assessments. We also wish them God’s Blessing for a prosperous future.

We welcome Pastor Phil back from Long Service Leave and are grateful that he has returned safely.

We also welcome Sophie Sampson to the front office. Sophie is a past graduate from Navigator College and it is wonderful that she has chosen to return to her place of schooling for employment. We wish her all the best in her role.

Our value that we are focussing on for Term 4 is forgiveness. Leading up to the festive season, this is a great reminder that at Christmas we celebrate the birth of Jesus and remember that his purpose was to pay the price for our shortcomings. We can respond by having a forgiving heart to the shortcomings of others.

The staff have been extremely busy in the process of Strategic Planning. Considerable time has been spent  analysing the voices of the various stakeholders, parents, students, college council, staff, and the wider community, and collating that information into some strategic priorities for the next few years. We thank parents and students for their voice in this space and look forward to sharing progress with you later this term.

Have a fabulous term.
Stephen Jude, Principal
