Bus Travel – Example Form

The Port Lincoln DECD school bus service supports rural families who have school aged children living 5 or more kilometres from the nearest state school.

Where bus space is available, new applications from Navigator College students will be considered by the administrating School, Port Lincoln Primary. A confirmation of your child’s bus travel application approval will follow. A service cost of $60.00 per year, per student is invoiced to the College from DECD. The College will then seek reimbursement of this amount from the parent/caregiver of the student using the service.

Please the primary name and contact details for the child applying to use the bus.
Please provide the Name and full details (as listed below) for the student applying to use the bus. Thank you.
If you are unsure of which bus it is you require please see the below map with will indicate which bus you will require. Students are only entitled to the bus which is closest to their residential address. If you are still unsure, please contact the Port Lincoln Primary School.
