WOMEN WELLBEING Workshop

Family and Relationship Service aims to present a 6 week course (in 2017) which will provide a safe environment for women to learn more about exercise and healthy eating. The course will include an exercise activity each week.

Women are encouraged to come along to an introductory workshop. This workshop will include:-

  • Brainstorming and discussions on barriers to exercise
  • Tips for introducing daily exercise
  • Healthy Eating message presented by SA Community Foodie volunteer
  • Exercise activities presented by Cherie Doudle (Personal Trainer)
