Enrolment

Navigator College welcomes applications for all year levels.

When an enrolment form is completed, a non-refundable office administration fee of $25.00 is required for paperwork to be submitted. This then activates your enrolment.

Enrolment applications should be completed and submitted as soon as possible.

Confirmation of Enrolment notifications will commence in Term 1 of the year prior to the students commencement at the College.

All parents are required to have an interview with the Principal before the admission of their first child. Upon acceptance of the student’s enrolment, a $200 (non refundable) deposit will be required, of which $150 will be redeemable against the students first term’s fees and $50 will be held as payment for the College Old Scholars life time membership fee.

This deposit is non refundable if parents withdraw the enrolment of their child.

DIRECTIONS FOR LIFE SCHOLARSHIPS

Each year Navigator College offer a limited number of ‘Directions for Life’ Scholarships to students who would like to join us in the following year.

Scholarships are open to all new enrolling students entering in Year 8 – 11.
Directions for Life scholarships provide 100% tuition fee remission, for a period of two years.

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to an interview with the Principal/Head of School for further consideration, prior to the end of Term 3.

** Conditions apply. Uniform, IT levies, composite fees and any other incidental fees are not included. All other enrolment and fee payment policies are to be adhered to. Applicants must not already be a student attending Navigator College.

 

Early Leaning Centre (ELC) Intake

Navigator College has two intakes.

To start in the ELC  in Term 1, your child must turn 4 on or before the 1st of May of that year. Children who begin in Term 1 will have 4 terms in the ELC and progress to Year 1 (REC) in Term 1 of the following year.

To start in the ELC in Term 3, your child must turn 4 on or before the 31st of October in that year. Children who begin in Term 3 will have 4 terms in the ELC and then progress to REC in Term 3 of the following year.

Reception Intake

Navigator College has two intakes.

To start in the REC in Term 1, your child must turn 5 on or before the 1st of May of that year. Children who begin in Term 1 will have 4 terms in the REC and progress to Year 1 (REC) in Term 1 of the following year.

To start in the REC in Term 3, your child must turn 5 on or before the 31st of October in that year. Children who begin in Term 3 will have 6 terms in the REC and then progress to Year 1 in Term 1 of the following year.

Other Year Level Intakes

Preferred intakes are at ELC, Reception, Year 6 and Year 10 as this marks the beginning of sub schools, however currently we have vacancies at most year levels.

As vacancies arise the College refers to the wait list of that year level and families are contacted.
