Navigator College has a very impressive cohort of teaching and non-teaching staff who have the focus of the College at their core. Their commitment, enthusiasm and interest towards the students in their care is a reflection of the nurture aspect the College has, that then flows directly to the students. Our teachers are highly qualified practitioners who call their work a ‘vocation’ and this is testimony to the incredible results we are seeing with many of our students, spiritually, physically, developmentally, emotionally and academically.

I can therefore confidently say that Navigator College is a special place. Having worked with the Steering Committee in the early years, it is a privilege to now come back to lead the school.
