Please note: This information will also be send home with your child.
The Navigator College ‘Splash Carnival’ will be held at the Cummins Pool on Friday the 12th of February (week 2).
The day is a chance for all Middle/Senior School students to take part in an active and fun event, where they compete as part of their house teams. The day will involve events to suit all students (even those really reluctant to swim), including competitive races as well as novelty events and games, in and out of the pool. Attendance on this day is compulsory.
There will be buses to transport students from the College to Cummins, however, families have the option to organise their own transport for their children to the pool and to meet there for the day. If you are transporting students to the pool, they will need to arrive before 10am. Teacher supervision will be available from 8.30am if you need to drop your child/ren off early.
Parents are encouraged to stay and support their children or help out with timing. Please make contact with us at the College if you are available to assist with this role. There will be canteen facilities for student use, provided by the Cummins pool. They will have a range of food and drinks available.
