YEAR 10 ACADEMIC AWARD:
This award recognises a student in each Year Level who has consistently achieved outstanding results across all learning areas. This is based on the subject grades for semester 1 and 2 combined.

YEAR 10/11 SERVICE AWARD:
The State Parliamentary Award, acknowledges the importance that education plays in providing young people in our community the confidence, knowledge and skills to become successful leaders.
With this acknowledgement comes a Parliamentary Medallion which is to be presented to a student who:
- Demonstrates leadership and service to their community
- Participates in a range of extra curricula activities
- Is community spirited and
- Demonstrates Christian care and respect for others, including adults both in and out of the classroom.

YEAR 10/11 PRINCIPAL’S ENCOURAGEMENT AWARD:
This award is presented as an encouragement to a student in recognition of a strong contribution to the college, significant advancement in attitude and achievement, demonstrating a clear focus and commitment to the School Community and to their own learning Journey.
This year the award was presented to: Bryce Sellen and Abbey Helliar
2015 SUBJECT AWARDS:
In 2015 there were two Year 11 students who received Subject Awards based on their Stage 2 academic results. However, with the previous layout of Valedictory Service being for Year 12 students only we had postponed these awards to present this year.

2016 SUBJECT AWARDS:
In each year of Year 12 at Navigator College the students who excel academically will be awarded subject awards. In Year 12 final academic results are announced by the SACE Board in early December. Accordingly, the Year 12 teachers determine the academic award for their subject on the basis of the student who has excelled academically in all assessments undertaken over the year until the end of Term 3. The recipient has achieved the highest ‘A’ result of the class.

The House award goes to a recipient in each House who has demonstrated leadership qualities throughout the year. These students have shown outstanding effort in their academic work, services to others, including the College community and have demonstrated leadership and team sportsmanship towards others. In addition, the recipients of these awards have shown themselves to resolve any issues or conflicts peacefully and can communicate responsibly and admirably towards all in the College community.
This year 3 house awards have been won by Middle School students.
The House award for Galileo was won by Senior School Student: Makayla Siegert
YEAR 12 SERVICE AWARD:
Presented by John Foster
The Year 12 Service Award acknowledges a student who has demonstrated humble service in activities in and around the College. They have put other’s needs before their own and lived out the example that Jesus set. This year the Year 12 Service Award is kindly donated by the Rotary Club.

LUTHERAN WOMEN’S AWARD:
Presented by Lorna Dutschke
The recipient of this award demonstrates all the qualities we, at Navigator College believe sets the best standards possible for active citizenship in the future. The recipient of this award will have a strong faith as well as a positive attitude towards everything that life has to offer. The recipient will also demonstrate a balance of the IB Attributes of the Learner profile and the Lutheran Lifelong qualities that we all hold in high regard. He or She will demonstrate a high level of maturity, integrity and a strong sense of justice and purpose.

COMMUNITY SERVICE AWARD:

The Community Service Award is donated from the Port Lincoln City Council for a student in Year 10 – 12 who demonstrates outstanding leadership and service both to the school and wider Community
